Overview

E̜stjǟzös Mbo̠n Kez was founded durring the late 12th century in spring of the year 1055, by Ůh́al̄ Phrubegra. The establishment of E̜stjǟzös Mbo̠n Kez was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding E̜stjǟzös Mbo̠n Kez's construction back out of the project. Ůh́al̄ Phrubegra pushed on reguardles, and E̜stjǟzös Mbo̠n Kez was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

E̜stjǟzös Mbo̠n Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and E̜stjǟzös Mbo̠n Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

E̜stjǟzös Mbo̠n Kez is is constructed arround a series of premissive canals mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

Your first impression of E̜stjǟzös Mbo̠n Kez proves to be right on the money. This town is where the rebels chose to settle. Fashion trends are quite simply the opposite of what’s popular in the other nearby communities. THis trend extends everywhere. Things that should be black are white, what would normally be square is organically curved, and what is typically unthinkable for polite society is more than welcome in this public square. Up to the logical limits, of course. There’s no flaying someone alive to eat their skin going on, but the women are dressed a little immodestly, the men are a little more emotional, and the food is all overly complex and terrible.

Cultural Notes

E̜stjǟzös Mbo̠n Kez's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century the Kami ended a drought plaguing E̜stjǟzös Mbo̠n Kez. One of E̜stjǟzös Mbo̠n Kez's local festivals commemorates this miracle.
